Office Administrator/receptionist

Winnie Tree Properties is a family run, independent sales and letting agency serving the Fylde Coast. Here at Winnie Tree we are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and passionate individual to serve our clients and customers, while offering the best possible service and striving to be part of our motivated team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Preparing & stocking of Property Brochures, and Information Sheets
- Company Diary Management for all Property Managers, Viewings, Inspections, Maintenance etc.
- Phone Call Handling & Message taking.
- General up-keep and cleanliness of the offices.
- Ordering of anything requested for use by the business.
- Assist with Accounts where requested.
- Dealing with client requests in a pro-active manner.
- Social Media Management - Facebook, Twitter, Website.
- Database Management.
- Uploading of Properties For Sale & For Rent to Portals & Website.
- Customer Enquiry Management.
- Weekend Work maybe required.
- Tenant & Landlord enquiry management.
- Follow-up Calls passed from Property Managers.
- Marketing Calls.
- Attending to Viewings with Prospective Tenants.
- Application Processing & Management.
- All other duties that maybe seen as: office assistants, sales assistant, social media assistant duties.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fully committed to the role.

- A strong customer focus.
- A desire to meet and exceed targets - self-motivation with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and have a good understanding of social media platforms.
- Full UK Driving License Preferrable but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A drive to engage with customers and work well within a small team
- Be looking to grow within a small family company.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 37.5 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
