We are looking for an Administration Assistant who enjoys working in a varied and fast paced environment and with previous office experience.

The applicant should be confident dealing with the general public, have excellent communication skills and be computer literate.

You will have a positive can-do attitude, be willing to learn quickly and be hands on in your approach. This is a small team so there will always be some additional ad-hoc tasks.

Primary purpose of the role is to provide Office Administration duties, which will include but not limited to:
Inputting Data - Industry Specific System

Produce Certificate of Destruction for end-of-life vehicles

Booking in transport / arranging collections with customers

Filing

Dealing with general inquires by phone and in person

Answering the telephone

General office admin

Hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (1/2-hour lunch)

Potential for Saturday mornings (payable at 1.5x hourly rate)

Holidays 28 days inclusive of bank holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
