**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate, review, and track purchase orders.
- Maintain purchasing records and databases to ensure up to date accuracy.
- Assist in processing invoices by matching them with corresponding purchase orders.
- Help monitor inventory levels and identifying low stock items and initiating reorders.
- Provide general administrative support to the supply team.

**Experience**:

- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in using computer software for data entry and analysis.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes preferred.
- Proven customer service experience.
