Band 3 Administrator/co-ordinator

**Job summary**:
We are looking for an excellent Band 3 administrator to join our Education Team
UHB's School of Nursing, Allied Health Professionals and Midwifery have a vacancy for a part time (16 hours/week) Administrator within their Professional Development and Education Team.
Are you quick to learn, proactive and able to provide excellent project and administration support. You will need tip-top organisational skills and be a great communicator who is confident liaising with all levels of seniority. The role is based at the Queen Elizabeth Hosptal with cross site working where appropriate.
This is a band 3 role so we will expect you to have good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and Excel, be able to work on your own initiative and take responsibility for your workload.
To Apply:
Maths and English GCSE "Grade C / Grade 4" or above or Functional Skills Level 2 certificate in English and Maths or an equivalent qualification (e.g. O'levels, CSEs, A-levels, etc.). Previous experience in an administrative role.

**Main duties, tasks & skills required**:
The Role
You will support the Education Team by providing administrative support, for example
- Administering education programmes and courses.
- Attending meetings; prepare, submit, distribute minutes & agendas
- Maintaining effective working relationships both within the team and with wider stakeholders
- Acting as a reference point for queries and information, directing staff to relevant members of the education team and be an advocate for the School and best practice
- Support our programme and project management teams with day-to-day admin tasks
