
Customer Voice Co-ordinator

At Platform Housing Group we put our customers at the heart of everything we do, and we are currently looking for a Customer Voice Co-ordinator to join our team. In this role you will provide administrative support and project assistance to the Customer Voice Panel and associated Platform colleagues.
As a Customer Voice Co-ordinator, you will be a crucial part of the team, as you will be responsible for championing the customer voice. This is varied and exciting role whereby you will provide support to a variety of interesting projects promoting the customer voice and you will regularly liaise with different internal and external stakeholders.
This is a home-based role, however travel to our Birmingham and Worcester offices will be required on occasion. There may also be the need for occasional evening work to assist with evening meetings.
**What are some of the tasks you could you be doing as our Customer Voice Coordinator?**
As our Customer Voice Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for co-ordinating meetings, communications and actions between the Customer Voice Panel and relevant stakeholders.
Part of your duties will involve organising meetings and events for the panel, liaising with external parties to make arrangements, where necessary. The role will also see you producing PowerPoint presentations for delivery at meetings.
You will also co-ordinate and attend meetings to take minutes and distribute meeting papers as necessary. You will collate feedback from the panel and panel activities, as well as assisting with measuring outcomes and the impacts of service panel activities.
**Some things we need from you**
As this role is focussed on championing the customer voice, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate experience of working in a customer experience focussed role. You will therefore have the ability to liaise with a wide range of external stakeholders, which would include senior employees and Board Members.
We are also looking for someone who has experience of organising meetings and events, as well as taking minutes in meetings. Experience in either an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role would be beneficial.
This is a role is well suited to someone who is customer focussed and is committed to delivering the highest standard of work. You will also have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately to tight deadlines.
