**MARKET CO-ORDINATOR**

**Job Title**: Market Co-ordinator

**Primary Purpose of Job**: To assist the Operations Team on the successful indoor Market to further the business needs of the Group

**Directly Responsible To**: Operations Director

**Directly Responsible For**: Centre and associated staff (including direct employed, agency personnel and sub-contractors).

**Liaising with**: Internal:

- Company Directors, Management Team, Payroll, Accounts & Admin staff, Human resources, and Health and Safety team (in-house).

External:

- Contractors, tenants, traders, suppliers, members of the public, Council Officers/ members and other public bodies as required.

**1. Primary Objectives**:
The Primary objectives of the post are as follows:

- Leading and Developing Operational staff.
- Financial
- Customer Service
- Health and Safety
- IOSH (desired)
- Sales and Negotiations
- Tenant/ Trader accounts
- Clients
- Client/Business Relationship management such as:

- Clients and Joint Venture Partners.
- Tenants and Traders.
- Liaising with Operational Managers across the Company and Central Support Services to delivery joined up, efficient and effective services to our customers/tenants and traders

**2. Key Responsibilities**:

- To keep social media and digital interventions up to date, relevant and managed.
- Input into Marketing and Promotion ideas, activity and delivery for the venues you are responsible for.
- Pro-active Management of the retail market estate by employing good management practice.

**3. Performance Management**:

- Nurturing staff, tenants and traders in a proactive and positive manner.
- Client and Customer Satisfaction.

Sales
- Occupancy.
- Income and Arrears.
- Punctuality.
- Honesty.
- Creativity and innovation.
- Social Media and digital solutions.

**4. Other duties**

The core duties entailed in this job description are set out as above. However, you may be required to undertake additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £23,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
