FinTech is recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Receivable Assistant based in Westhill, Aberdeenshire. This is a permanent, part time position of 25 hours per week, working in the office.

Main duties include:

- Complete all required Accounts Receivable tasks
- Perform credit checks on new customers
- Coordinate documentation for set up of new customers on system
- Assist with credit control as required
- Monthly accruals for any outstanding invoices at month end
- Post bank receipts and issue customer statements
- Maintain documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes
- Any other adhoc tasks as requested
- Previous experience in similar role is essential
- Previous experience utilising accounting systems essential (Navison desirable)
- Understanding of SOX compliance desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player, and able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to work to deadlines, and adapt to new systems and procedures

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
