FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Payable Assistant based in Westhill, Aberdeenshire. This is a full time position on a Temporary Contract basis, starting ASAP for up to approx. 6 months initially.

Main duties include:

- Enter supplier invoices across multiple legal entities and countries ensuring financial accuracy.
- Match invoices to purchase orders.
- Monitor exception reports to ensure invoice queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Review employee expenses claims ensuring accuracy of VAT treatment.
- Preparation payment proposals for invoices and employee expenses.
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations relating to accounts payable and expenses.
- Work in compliance with the policies and procedures of the company to perform all financial transactions.
- Relevant experience in accounts payable operations.
- An enthusiastic and committed team player who can establish and maintain strong relationships across the Finance Team
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Have a solution-based approach and can take initiative in completing tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
