**Duties**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist in data entry tasks to update and maintain databases
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Utilise Google Suite for various office tasks
- Type and computerise documents accurately
- Liaise with different deparments where necessary
- Help build proposals with the sales team

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and previously used a CRM system ( SAP )
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
