Customer Service Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact, offering professional reception services and guidance to tenants and visitors.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting individuals interested in workspace facilities.
- Conduct facility tours for prospective clients, showcasing available amenities and answering questions.
- Manage the workspace management system, handling enquiries, tenant sign-ups, and facility bookings.
- Respond promptly and effectively to tenant queries and issues throughout their tenancy.
- Oversee telephone reception and switchboard operations, including call management system administration.
- Maintain accurate records and generate performance management reports as needed.
- Create internal and external documents following brand guidelines and workspace protocols.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, typing, stationery management, and mailing.
- Coordinate room bookings and assist with event planning and preparation.
**Experience**:
- Strong administrative experience
- Good written and verbal skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
**Hours**:
- Monday to Thursday: 1 pm - 5:30pm
- Friday: 1pm - 5pm
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
