CMS Recruitment Limited are working with a well know organisation based in Northumberland who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator.

Our client is a property investment, estate management and development company. Building new homes for rent and sale, attracting investment and business growth, managing delivery of major projects, providing a diverse portfolio to support businesses and regeneration and helping you find a place to call home.

They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our there team**.** This particular team are responsible for the Commercial premises offered to businesses, that provides office space, hot desk and room hire at four locations in Northumberland.

Wholly owned by Northumberland County Council our client is passionate about the development of Northumberland as a place for people to live work and do business.

Having achieved significant growth over the last 5 years, our client has a clear ambition to lead and drive delivery, secure investment and provide a vibrant place for people and businesses in Northumberland.

Key duties & responsibilities will be:

- Work with systems and procedures to ensure all customers are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor any issues with tenants and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Be the first point of contact for reception to our workspace
- Process invoices using our inhouse finance system
- Ensure any issues are escalated and communicated appropriately.
- Liaise with sub-contractors about appointments and ensure health and safety compliance across the building
- Provide exemplary customer service to internal and external clients, in line with the corporate framework.

**To succeed in this role**:
You must be able to demonstrate key skills and experience in the following key areas:

- Good communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- IT Literate - including Microsoft packages
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong administration skills with the ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
- Excellent time management

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 per week
