Responsibilities:

- Supervise staff onboarding
- Recruitment Administration tasks
- Complete office tasks to a high standard of completion
- Handle sensitive information and documents
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, vendors, staffs and other departments
- Create and update databases, inclusive of Microsoft Excel
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry, maintain and update records as needed
- Utilize computerized systems for organising and managing information
- Assist in managing office equipment
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficient in using computers and office equipment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
