CMS Recruitment Limited are working with a well know organisation based in Northumberland who are looking to recruit an Administrator.

Our client is a property investment, estate management and development company. Building new homes for rent and sale, attracting investment and business growth, managing delivery of major projects, providing a diverse portfolio to support businesses and regeneration and helping you find a place to call home. 

They are looking for an Administrator to join their Team. The team are responsible for ensuring that private rental homes are let in a timely manner and ensuring that tenants are paying their rent in accordance with their lease agreements.

Wholly owned by Northumberland County Council we are passionate about the development of Northumberland as a place for people to live work and do business.

Having achieved significant growth over the last 5 years, our client have a clear ambition to lead and drive delivery, secure investment and provide a vibrant place for people and businesses in Northumberland.

Key duties & responsibilities will be:

- Supporting the associated administration of the homes team including telephone contact with tenants and processing of letters using our CRM system.
- Provide administration support for our property and tenancy teams across the residential portfolio.
- Liaising with internal teams and sub-contractors.

**To succeed in this role**:
You must be able to demonstrate key skills and experience in the following key areas:

- Demonstrable experience of telephone customer service and tenant liaison.
- An interest in property management and awareness of lettings / debt recovery would be an advantage.
- PC Literate with experience of using MS Office and property management databases
- Ability to act on all occasions with integrity to positively promote the image and ethos
- A full UK driving licence would be an advantage

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
