- **Report to manager**
- **Marketing property, matching with applicants, and securing appointments for viewings**
- **Accompanied viewings**
- **Completing administration, credit check, reference forms**
- **Taking initial deposits, receiving rental monies**
- **Organising & carrying out check in process**
- **Carrying out inventories, inspections, check outs**

- **Liasing with landlord / tenants**

- **Ensure that all customers receive a professional, efficient, friendly consistent and personalised service**
- **Accurately enter all property details onto the website and ensure that all responses are dealt with in accordance with customer service standards**
- **Manage customer feedback effectively, giving feedback and immediately addressing any highlighted areas of concern**
- **Consistently demonstrate the ability to pre-empt and fully understand customer needs and requirements**
- **Actively support the branch in achieving the highest levels of customer service, feedback from clients, suppliers and the company**
**BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS**
- **Ensure clear communications and good relationships are encouraged to exist with members of the company’ support departments**
- **Identify opportunities to work with and refer business to other departments / branches**

- **Manage your desk in a organised and efficient manner, so that you accurately and systematically document current activity**
