HR Administrator

The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. The role involves processing employee data, updating company policies, and assisting in the hiring process. The HR Administrator will also be responsible for maintaining personnel records and updating internal HR databases.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process employee data and maintain personnel records
- Update company policies and procedures
- Assist in the hiring process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Prepare HR documents such as new hire guides, employment contracts, and compensation lists
- Administer benefits and retirement plans
- Participate in HR projects as needed
**Requirements**:
- Experience in HR administration or business administration
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of HR software and databases are not essential but desirable
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £18,964.00-£20,319.00 per year
