**Business Administration Support Officer**
**Location**:Ashington
**Contract**:6 Months FTC
**Hours**:37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
**Salary**: £24,420 per annum
**About the role**:
- Delivering quality administrative support on specialist work streams such as damp and mould, disrepair and minor works
- Assisting in the planning and scheduling of trade resources
- Managing enquiries from colleagues, clients and contractors and providing advice and information on the service.
- Maintaining accurate records to enable meaningful and precise key performance indictors and management information
**About you**:
You’ll need:
- Experience of working in a repairs and maintenance function
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience of business administration
- Skilled at managing a busy varied workload with changing priorities
- Well organised, with a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
