**Hours of work**: 30 - 37.5 hrs per week with optional flexible structure to be agreed.

**Duties include**:

- End to end administration and management of vehicle paperwork
- Daily communication with Preparation Manager on stock status and diary management
- Ongoing customer communication
- Creation and management of all online advertising
- Day to day management of business accounts
- General administration and filing
- First point of contact for customers both new and existing
- Practical and logístical support where necessary
- Direct administrative support to Director
- Assist in vehicle demonstration and sales where required

**Essential**:

- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Previous office administration experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Full UK driving license (maximum of 6 points)

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience of motor trade e.g. bodyshop /service centre
- Bookkeeping / accountancy experience
- An interest or knowledge of VW Campers
- Knowledge of social media

**Holiday**:28 days to include Bank Holidays and Christmas shut down (normally 3 days).

**Benefits**:Access to company pension scheme (on successful completion of probation period).
