Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Multistaff Recruitment Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to clients and staff
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Coordinating travel arrangements and meetings
- Preparing and submitting reports and documents
- Performing other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 10am - 2pm
Rate of Pay:
£12.50 per hour
