**About The Role**

The Head of Creative (Campaigns) should possess excellent leadership qualities with the ability to maximise the talents of their team including Graphic Designers and Copywriters. We’re looking for someone who can inspire others, both internally and externally, whilst taking our creative output to a new level as we continue to scale.

As the Head of Creative (Campaigns), you will work closely with your team and the wider marketing department to create, deliver and thoroughly QA engaging content that both meets and succeeds the expectations of our clients. Holding an eye for design from a client lens and being able to translate this into strong creative elements and campaigns is key - articulating creative ideas, concepts and designs to clients will be required. The ideal individual should be able to work both strategically across clients and on the detail whilst successfully leading the creative team.

Experience managing creative teams in a B2b marketing agency environment and handling large scale global accounts is a must for this role. If you have the creative experience, excellent communication skills and a passion for your role we’d like to hear from you.



**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of the creative function establishing strong guidelines and process to enable ‘best in class’ output at scale
- Lead a team of graphic designers, copywriters and other marketing experts in both managing the day-to-day creative requirements and the wider strategic elements of the Head of Creative (Campaigns) Role with varying deadlines
- Successfully liaise with clients on creative briefs and creative direction, ensuring overall client satisfaction
- Effectively translate creative requirements into output whilst mentoring the creative team on best practice
- Manage, conduct and optimise creative sessions with the team on both a strategic and campaign level
- Effectively liaise both internally and externally on direction, strategy, gaining feedback and opportunities for further development
- Prioritise work and resources based on short
- and long-term deliverables
- Review and approve creative and copy developed by the team, ensuring that deliverables are in-line with client expectation and appropriate guidelines
- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling campaigns for a B2b audience
- Consistently adapt and optimise process in-line with delivery, the client and the agency objectives
- Own project management tools and tracking - ensuring progress accuracy, efficiency and organisation
- Create an environment where the team feels challenged, valued, and treated fairly

**Essential**:

- 6+ years of relevant experience, with proven success in a similar role, ideally in a B2b marketing / agency environment
- Experience in building a strong creative process within an agency, driving both day-to-day campaign activities and strategic creative elements forward
- Proven success in leading a creative team to deliver results, mentoring creative teams and managing project resources whilst guiding best practice in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience with marketing campaigns — from developing a creative vision and messaging to overseeing the process and final results whilst simultaneously adhering to varying brand guidelines
- Proven ability to develop successful concepts and articulate these both internally and externally
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
- Ability to manage client feedback, effectively work to amend ideas in line with expectations whilst comfortably being able provide appropriate direction
- Ability to effectively review, QA and feedback relevant messages both internally and externally
- Experience in project management and leading multiple creative projects from conception to completion in accordance with varying deadlines and multiple stakeholders
- Experience in ensuring consistency with brand guidelines be it client or internal
- Used to working both independently and in a team in a fast-paced and growth environment
- Takes an overall persuasive and confident approach to projects

**Desirable**:

- BA/BS degree in marketing related field or relevant equivalent experience considered
