We are currently searching for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our client's team and help drive the growth of their business through the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies.

They are a progressive e-learning software provider, with offices throughout the UK.

**Salary £70,000 to £75,000, DOE**

**Mon-Fri, Flexible Hours**

**Early finish on Fridays**

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for a range of key duties, including conducting market research, managing social media channels, developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for managing their company's events calendar and ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with our business goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning, creating, and hosting Impact workshops for customers
- Developing presentations and interactive session materials to support workshops and customer working sessions
- Assisting with sales presentations to pitch the Impact Service
- Collaborating with customers to share marketing knowledge and offer resources to help them feel like an integral part of their team
- Writing video scripts and briefs for the in-house design team to create exceptional promotional material
- Crafting content, collateral, and templates to support the customer journey
- Leading customer and product marketing efforts
- Leveraging communication and distribution channels to relay new product updates and customer updates
- Heading customer advocacy and product steering groups
- Working with Impact Service customers to develop case studies, reviews, and social proof

**What we're looking for**:

- Relevant experience in the eLearning or learning technologies industry is a must-have
- Confident working with clients and in client-facing scenarios
- Knowledge and understanding of marketing principles
- Presentation and workshop skills
- Ability to confidently brief creative teams and third-party vendors
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- A natural self-starter and team player with a positive attitude
- Proactive and innovative - you'll need to be comfortable taking action
- Able to adapt quickly and act with flexibility, understanding and initiative
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and demands within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills
