We are looking for a full-time Technical Sales and Marketing professional to join us and complement our growing team. Preferably educated to degree level, you will be working across all of our verticals, with an initial focus on MVPro Media Magazine. This role will play a major part in further building the bridge between sales, propositional marketing and customer campaign delivery.

On the Marketing side you will be integral in managing the print publication and digital marketing inventory, as well as being the first point of contact for clients before, during and after campaign delivery. You will also work as part of a team to manage internal processes such as digital uploads of all our magazines and client advertising campaigns.

**What you’ll be doing**:
You will help to manage all of the client bases across all of our verticals in the Financial and Machine Vision industries. You will need to be naturally organised and have a flair for creating processes, managing spreadsheets, multi-tasking and being a bridge between sales and marketing, overseeing campaigns and ensuring they are delivered on time.

Your time keeping and organisation skills must be paramount, as should be your professional conduct; working within the industries that we do, it is highly important the level of professionalism that is kept during tight deadlines in this publishing industry.

**About You**

Integrity, honesty and openness are important to working in this tight team. Previous b2b publishing experience is desirable but NOT essential. The priority for us is to find an individual that possesses the innate ability and drive to be successful in what is a fast-paced environment. A good understanding of the core principles of digital content marketing (including digital tools such as Campaign Monitor, Hootsuite, Google Analytics and Wordpress) would be desirable but NOT essential.

Our in-house editorial team work alongside our creative design and marketing team to blend innovative creative design with original editorial content and cutting-edge digital content marketing.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Support for the sales team, including crafting bespoke proposals to meet the needs of our clients
- Print and digital inventory management
- Point of contact for clients before, during and after campaigns run
- Management of the content calendar
- Digital filing of clients’ orders
- Liaising with Sales and Design in order to fulfil campaigns
- Working with the Head of Technical Sales to ensure that all campaigns are fulfilled
- Technical support for our webinar opportunities

**Essential**:

- Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and ability to use own initiative
- Ability to prioritise your own workload effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Excellent writing skills
- Experience in managing processes and creating your own processes
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as lone working

**Desirable**
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Previous experience working at an agency or in-house.

**Role Progression & Personal Development**

There is scope for progression dependant on performance and there will be regular reviews to discuss further opportunity for development.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

**Place of Work**: Remote

**Holiday**: 20 days plus bank holidays (28 Days in total)
