Focus 5 Recruitment are looking for a Sales Lead to join a growing SAAS company whose tech helps companies automate FM, MRO and Property Management solutions across their property portfolios. This is a senior sales role focusing on new business and experience of new business in the SAAS sector is essential. This is a UK based role but they work on a “remote first” basis - you must be UK based for company and client meetings.

Having invested heavily in the development of their solution, the key focus of this new role is to generate new recurring revenue from either new companies or expansion of current customers. They want to develop a “New Sales/Business” team and this is the first role in that team. To build that team, they need to generate new revenue which in turn will allow them to employ new team members under your leadership.

There is real opportunity to take a leading product to market and help this business grow significantly in the coming years. The opportunity here is to grow a team and take on a senior role in this ambitious SAAS company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage in direct sales highlighting the case for change and the move to the company's solution. Direct sales process will include qualifying leads and customer needs, solution to recommendation, pricing, negotiation, contract signing.
- Discover customer requirements and communicate those requirements to the team and the product development team.
- Evaluate prospective customer's needs for using products and services, to include ROI information. Develop clear written proposals to include sales quotes and summary of ROI and company efficiencies due to products and services.
- Responsible for closing the sale, setting timelines for implementation/onboarding and frictionless handover. Follow up on the agreed timelines and new client satisfaction.
- Represent company at relevant trade shows.
- Work with Marketing to identify attractive channels to market, strategic partners, advertising, and PR tactics. Agree the Sales and marketing strategy (deliver new products and services, client targets, deliverables).
- Responsible for closing the sale, setting timelines for implementation, and following up on the agreed timelines.
