Would you like to lead a team of high-performing sales professionals focused on increasing adoption of GN Audio portfolio within Amazon? Then come support our Amazon Enterprise dedicated Sales Organisation with best-in-class sales motion and expertise.

We are looking for an Amazon dedicated WW Sales Lead to inspire the newly created sales team for Enterprise. To enlarge the market, we want to invest in a new GTM with Onliners and specifically Amazon representing 50% of this channel segment. Increasing our footprint and market share on the SMB and Prosumer is becoming a top priority for GN Audio for the next 3 years.

Your responsibilities will include inspiring and growing a highly talented sales team focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration. Your background in AMZ sales management and best-in-class practices will enable you to help our team of account managers to engage with Amazon through the adequate strategy and to position GNA Audio as a key partner for Amazon.

You will delight our main partner with your strategic approach to business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions while working cross-organizationally to build consensus.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

- Growing sales revenues, increasing brand market share and building relationships with Amazon.
- Help the team to develop and execute a short-, medium
- and long-term Amazon business plan.
- Meet and exceed team sales and margins targets.
- Serve as a key member of the leadership team, in helping to define and deliver GN Audio overall strategy. Prepare and give business strategies and reviews to the senior management team.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders at Amazon.
- Work closely with the Amazon team to ensure that GN Audio is the partner's preferred UCC provider.
- Analyze the AMZ relevant reports and comment to Global Sales management.
- Managing product offering, recommend pricing levels and establishing sales strategy according to company policies and objectives. Manage campaigns and promotions.
- Providing the company with new product ideas, market trends, territory market data, sales growth strategies, and competitive intelligence.
- Participate actively in the yearly pricing negotiation with Amazon and optimize purchasing conditions to preserve our margin.
- Focus on the 1P approach and monitor the 3P through an adequate pricing policy.
- Work closely with the dedicated Enterprise Amazon marketers to elaborate the right content for the products we want to focus on.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:

- Extended experience in IT Amazon sales or consulting, with some years experience in the pure Amazon business.
- Demonstrable ability to lead teams in consistently exceeding quota and key performance metrics.
- Technical understanding in the areas of Amazon machinery and way of doing business
- Exceptional communications skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
- Ability to work as a team in a very diverse cultural environment (NA, EMEA, APAC).
- Good quality teaching to transfer competencies to a large and disparate audience.
