Head of Amazon

**The role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the complete Operations, Inventory management, order fulfilment on E-commerce platforms.
- Manage B2B partnerships (retailers, independents) & handling operations to onboard the brand on new seller platforms - sharing brand assets, negotiating contracts, managing logistics, inventory management etc.
- Head the Amazon business for 2 brands to effectively launch & list new campaigns and collections
- Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management and Technical
- Planning and executing merchandising strategies that include content enhancements and promotions that accelerate sales for our clients.
- Seek opportunities to expand business relationship across other Amazon entities to drive value for customer
- Coordinating with the Amazon warehouse to ensure timely delivery of the goods. Ensuring timely delivery of shipments from our fulfilment partners, for both our online and retail partners
- Utilising reporting dashboards and spreadsheets to extract and communicate insights that develop go-forward strategies for our clients
- Help customer Service / order management to effectively manage back orders and customer queries

**Requirements**:
**-**Atleast 2 years experience working with Amazon and Shopify.
- Experience in the fashion/luxury sector is desirable.
- Being part of an e-commerce/online business is preferred.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
