We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Graduate Sales Development Representative to join one of the fastest growing startups in London As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and identifying new business opportunities through prospecting and qualifying potential customers.
**Responsibilities**
- Conducting outbound sales outreach to identify potential customers
- Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for sales representatives
- Conducting research on target accounts and industries to understand their needs and pain points
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product) to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
- Staying up-to-date with the latest sales techniques and best practices
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential customers
- Self-motivated and driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with sales tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Passion for sales and willingness to learn and adapt in a constantly evolving industry

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
