We are hiring Sales Executives with experience in digital transformation and a solid network within financial services and insurance firms.

**Role Responsibilities**

As a Sales Director, you are recognized as an expert who contributes significantly to various phases of the Sales lifecycle, focusing particularly on the following key responsibilities:
**Client Relationship Management**:

- Manage relationships with essential personnel and executives within the client's organization.
- Deeply understand the organizational culture of the client to foster a strong connection and collaboration.

**Sales and Business Development**:

- Influence clients to secure business based on our capabilities and proven track record in relevant situations.
- Conduct thorough research and competitor analysis to develop strategies that facilitate favourable outcomes.
- Regularly review the sales and pursuit plans/business pipeline with leadership to ensure targets are met.

**Contractual and Negotiation Expertise**:

- Possess expert knowledge of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), other contractual processes, and standards.
- Lead client presentations and workshops while driving the negotiation of pricing and MSAs.

**Proposal Development and Solutioning**:

- Create tailored proposals and solutions that align with the requirements outlined in client RFPs.
- Proactively introduce Synechron offerings to potential industry prospects.

**Operational Excellence and Collaboration**:

- Ensure operational hygiene is maintained in account management.
- Collaborate with the delivery organization to manage staffing and address any delivery-related issues promptly to prevent escalations.
- Provide inputs for building alliances with relevant product/service vendors to enhance business offerings.

**Skills** **and** **Background Requirements**

- Solid background in digital transformation encompassing Engineering, Delivery, and Business Consulting.
- Strong established network and relationships within the Financial Services sector.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to communicate articulately to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully hunting for and securing new business logos.
- Some exposure to and experience with sales methodologies like MEDDICC, complemented by skills in consultative selling.
