**Culture Guru** is recruiting for a **Head of Product - Gaming** to be part of this scaling educational technology **(EdTech)** startup business with offices based in Copenhagen, Denmark and London, UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a Publishing/ EdTech/ Gaming startup that specialises in humorously illustrated, syllabus-aligned books and games for children.

As the **Head of Product - Gaming** you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of 3 digital products **(3 digital educational games - 1 being on Roblox)**, overseeing product vision, innovation, and design.

The **Head of Product - Gaming** will lead the vision and strategy of this company's digital products, guiding a team to create exceptional, value-driven resources for users and the business.

**Responsibilities of the role but not limited to;**
- Craft a dynamic digital product roadmap, blending creativity with market and consumer insights.
- Formulate product strategies and enhance the entire product life cycle through KPIs.
- Collaborate with the CTO to assemble exceptional cross-functional teams in line with the business objectives
- Guide the product team to excel in delivering impactful, measurable outcomes.
- Innovate new retention mechanics and monetization strategies for the game.
- Serve as a pivotal advocate for the business, championing the company innovations.
- Collaborate closely with the team of specialists to propel the product vision, live ops, and overall strategy
- Cultivate a strong product culture, inspiring both teams and leadership.
- Analyze the gaming market and devise strategies to boost sales and retention.
- Experienced leader with over 5 years in executive and game development roles, preferably GaaS (Games-as-a-Service).
- Proficient in cultivating empowered, cross-functional teams on a global scale.
- Strategic visionary adept at navigating multifaceted markets, spanning B2C and B2B domains.
- Demonstrated success in launching cutting-edge products that resonate with audiences and capture market share.
- Fluent in tools such as Slack, Jira, and ClickUp, with a passion for gaming.
