**Join Us as a Head of Sales UK**:
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Head of Sales UK with demonstrated success in a startup setting. You’re dynamic and eager to advance your career, help drive sales, upsell Sleek's services to our valued customers and lead a small team of sales executives.

Your demonstrable experience with leading and executing on high-volume fintech or related sales strategy and operations, lead generation, team leadership, relationship building, and deal closing will support your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy: Improve existing lead acquisition channels in conjunction with internal teams. Constantly on the lookout for new revenue opportunities, networking and strategic partnerships. Identify product development opportunities through customer feedback and experiences. Oversee and contribute to ad hoc projects, enhancing services and pricing.
- Sales Operational: 50% of time will be dedicated to closing inbound sales.
- Data-Driven: Utilise data analytics tools and dashboards for weekly performance tracking. Conduct deep dives into metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the local sales team to ensure team sales targets are achieved, ultimately fostering a high-performance culture. Provide regular guidance and support for team success.
- Customer Centric: Maintain a customer-centric focus for the highest level of satisfaction. Use customer insights to enhance the overall experience.

**What are we looking for?**
- A minimum of 5 years proven track record of leading a high volume sales function essential, within the fintech, accounting or related field would be advantageous
- Demonstrated excellence in team management
- Hubspot proficiency essential
- Proactive and solution orientated with a positive attitude to roll up their sleeves and ensure targets are exceeded
- A networker by heart with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for technology and the local startup ecosystem
- Inside sales experience prospecting and qualifying leads
- Analytical and detail-oriented
