fully remote role with 2 weeks induction in Scotland for the first two weeks.
Position Contributions:
Achieve the annual sales plan; ensure the monthly progress of the plan.
Leading the implementation of professional account management across the team ensuring financial targets are achieved and exceeded
Driving the business strategy into the company’s sales teams through effective allocation of targets and providing strategic support to managers through management and by motivating team members and ensuring outstanding sales performance
Report regularly about competitor trends in the territory and make a strategy to fight against them.
Cooperate well with other departments of the company, be responsible for the customers’ satisfaction and improve the image of the company.
Working closely with our head office in China to scope, develop, and implement new business models and technology solutions to meet customer needs
Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base and communicating with our head office in China in respect of the same
Driving our sales and marketing function and delivering on a strong and unique sales strategy to drive the business and communicating with our head office in China in respect of the same.
Providing input into and ensuring that sales procedures and policies as defined by our head office in China are implemented and followed
Key Attributes and Characteristics
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in and a proven knowledge and understanding of the thermal transfer film industry or related Auto ID experience in consumables or printers. Over 5 years’ experience in industrial consumable sales, TTR/foils industry experience is preferred but related B-to-B experience will be considered.
Goal oriented, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines while prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
Must be able to demonstrate a persistent, assertive & confident approach towards selling.
Strong analytical and PC skills. Fluent written and spoken Mandarin, German or French is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
Accept frequent business travel at home and abroad.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with customers and interact effectively with all levels in organization.
Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
