**Job Title**: Head of Client Insights, Evaluation and Innovation

**Location**: Remote (nationwide travel required as per business requirements)

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week

**Reporting To**: SLT (CEO and Clinical Director)

**Key Relationships**:Senior Leadership Team, Central Management Team, Contract Management Team, Clients, External Providers.

**The Role**:
The Head of Client Insights, Evaluation and Innovation plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and growth of our business. You will evaluate programme effectiveness, and spearhead innovation to continuously enhance our services and offerings.

**Key responsibilities**:

- We know we are part of a system but clarifying the system requires work with partners. We have a variety of systems approach opportunities linked to Local Authorities and ICB’s plus wider stakeholders. This role will lead this work end to end, from client engagement, project specs, methodologies, team leadership, delivery and reporting.
- Digital support for systematic evolution of our digital programmes.
- Systematic client insight support to ensure client led programmes.
- Support to enable the advancement of our standard operating procedures alongside continual improvement plans.
- We have lots of data and are known for innovation, we need to ensure our data is prepared and shared with external stakeholders. From publishing in scientific journals, at conferences to our marketing content.
- Leading on consultancy opportunities that generate revenue.
- Exploring ways that Morelife can generate innovation funding to support its development.
- Support Morelife bid team.

Any other task related to your role asked for by your Manager.

**Essential Criteria **Qualifications**:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.

**Experience & Knowledge**:

- Experience in client focused environments.
- Experience conducting market research, client surveys and interview to gather insights into client demographics, preferences and behaviours.
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, including survey design, data analysis and interpretation.
- Ability to synthesize complex data and research findings into actionable recommendations to drive business strategy and decision-making.
- Strong understanding of client behaviour, market trends and competitive landscape in the weight management or related industries.
- Experience developing and implementing evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness of programmes, interventions, or initiatives.
- Proficiency in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure programme outcomes and impact.
- Ability to analyse programme data using statistical methods and data visualisation techniques to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Track record of driving innovation and creativity within an organisation particularly in the development of new products, services and solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through the innovation process from ideation to implementation.
- Ability to identify unmet client needs, generate new ideas, and translate concepts into actionable strategies and initiatives.
