**Job Description** Culina Group** have a new opportunity for a proactive, detail orientated T**alent Acquisition Administrator** to join our Talent Acquisition team

As a **Talent Acquisition Administrator**, you will play a critical part in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings and assisting with various administrative tasks supporting the Talent Acquisition team.

Key Duties
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
- Assist with new hire onboarding

**Qualifications**
- Previous recruitment administration background within a fast paced environment
- Strong IT skills with the use of MS Office packages and systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels
- A high level of productivity, with the ability to self-motivate and take ownership of your work
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
