Talent & Employer Branding Specialist - Fixed Term Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent & Employer Branding Specialist to join our team at WD-40 Company. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition and employer branding strategies to attract top talent and showcase our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement regionalized talent acquisition strategies, activities, and metrics to attract and select desirable talent for the organization's current and future needs.
  • Employer Branding: Create and sustain a competitive advantage by showcasing our company culture and attracting future top talent through creative hiring campaigns and content creation for our digital platforms.
  • Recruitment Process: Source, attract, screen, and assess candidates for open positions in the UK and Ireland, and support local HR partners in the process.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Develop and coordinate the efforts of others in creating a robust talent pipeline in Europe through managing the WD-40 Company careers site in Europe and supporting global employer brand initiatives.
  • Employment Branding Activities: Champion development and maintenance of employment branding activities on all relevant platforms, including digital and social media, to amplify the Company's employment brand.
  • Recruitment Support: Support recruitment scheduling, candidate evaluation, candidate communication, employment offers, and document management.
  • Talent Acquisition Methods: Apply the content-valid approach to measure candidates' ability to perform competently within the scope of the position, and manage employer brand and implement brand plans within brand guidelines.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze and report on employer brand effectiveness to the business, and manage WD-40 Company career website analytics and social media optimization to maintain visibility to prospective candidate segments.

Requirements:

  • Education: Ongoing professional education in the field of talent acquisition, HR, business, digital, communication, or related subjects, and formal education or knowledge equivalent to an Associate degree or bachelor's degree in business, HR, psychology, or communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years demonstrated contributions across all HR functional areas, and require proficiency in spoken and written English.
