Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our recruitment operations, you will be responsible for identifying and securing top talent that embodies our core values and drives our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source Top Talent: Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to find the best candidates for our open positions.
  • Craft Engaging Job Postings: Develop inclusive and compelling job descriptions that capture our organizational culture and attract diverse talent.
  • Conduct Insightful Interviews: Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit to ensure they align with our values and meet our business needs.
  • Guide & Train Interviewers: Equip our interviewers with techniques to make the hiring process as effective as possible.
  • Promote Our Culture: Advocate for our values and career growth opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with industry trends and market conditions to refine our recruitment strategies.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational abilities, and familiarity with recruitment processes.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with applicant tracking systems (like Workday) and other HR tools.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
