About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at The Bread Factory in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to identify and address recruitment needs, ensuring a proactive and effective approach to talent acquisition.
  • Talent Management: Work closely with the People Partner to develop and implement a talent management framework, aligning with business objectives and headcount requirements.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide weekly and monthly reports on talent function activity, sharing key insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a direct report and contribute to the wider Talent, People & L&D team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Candidate Experience: Design and implement a world-class candidate experience, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
  • Pre-boarding and On-boarding: Develop and execute a pre-boarding and on-boarding journey that sets the tone for new hires, utilizing future-thinking techniques and best practices.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Analyze recruitment metrics to inform recommendations and drive business decisions, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and maintain an active employer brand, sharing people-related content and storytelling to attract top talent.
  • Industry Events: Represent The Bread Factory at industry events, networking with potential hires and promoting the company's reputation.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct external market research and competitor analysis, providing recommendations to drive business growth.
  • ATS Management: Manage the ATS platform, ensuring seamless candidate experience and efficient recruitment processes.
Requirements
  • High Volume Recruitment Experience: Proven track record of working in high-volume recruitment environments.
  • Food Manufacturing Recruitment Experience: Experience in recruitment for the food manufacturing industry.
  • Management and Leadership Experience: Strong management and leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Network and Understanding: A strong network and understanding of the food manufacturing industry.
  • Talent Acquisition Experience: Experience in talent acquisition, talent mapping, and talent management.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to use data to inform decisions and drive business growth.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness and decision-making skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior business partners.
  • Creative Thinking: A creative thinker with the ability to design and build digital recruitment campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Experience in creating people-related content.
