About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team at Motorsport-Total GmbH. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition function, you will play a vital role in attracting, engaging, and recruiting top talent for our championship-winning team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent in the industry.
  • Work closely with our TA Business Partners to source and recruit candidates for key roles across the team.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with our HR team to develop and implement recruitment processes and procedures that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our recruitment processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably in the Motorsport, Automotive, or Aerospace industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successful candidate management and recruitment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A can-do attitude, with a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
