Job Summary

Culina Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator Apprentice to support the Talent Acquisition Manager with general recruitment administration and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with monthly and ad-hoc reporting to ensure accurate and timely data.
  • Maintain the company's current ATS system and records, ensuring seamless candidate experience.
  • Manage the departmental inbox and respond to recruitment queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition projects, including coordinating logistics and communication.
  • Support the facilitation of graduate assessment centers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths - Grade 4 or above required.
  • Confident communication skills across all levels, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, pressurized environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Good IT skills, competent in MS packages, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Able to work as part of a team and/or individually, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Be professional, approachable, and helpful, ensuring a smooth running of the general HR operation.
