Position Overview


As a Talent Acquisition Administrator Trainee, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager with various recruitment administrative tasks and reporting functions.

This position is a fixed-term contract lasting 15-18 months.


Compensation:
£16,000 per annum

Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday, Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support monthly and ad-hoc reporting efforts.
  • Maintain the current Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and associated records.
  • Manage the departmental inbox and address recruitment inquiries.
  • Provide administrative assistance for Talent Acquisition projects.
  • Support the administration of our psychometric testing platform and chatbot.
  • Facilitate graduate assessment centers.
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new hires as needed.
  • Offer general administrative support to the recruitment team.
Qualifications:
  • GCSE English and Maths - Grade 4 or above required.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team or independently.
  • Professional, approachable demeanor to ensure smooth HR operations.
