Customer Service Advisor

This is an additional role that we have budgeted for within our business and we're willing to put the work into the right person.
- Meet and Greet Customers upon arrival
- Answer Phones, Process Estimates and Job sheets
- Maintain our excellent relationship with suppliers
- Aid technicians in sourcing certain amounts of information when required
- Cross reference part numbers to stock journals and follow the relevant processes required.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines
All training for trade relevant skills can be taught and having experience is not seen as an advantage. What we see as having an advantage is someone with a can do attitude.
