Our Customer Service Advisors are experts in helping customers with a variety of queries from paying a bill to supply issues. Customer service experience is desirable but if you don’t have any, don’t worry We offer a comprehensive training package to enable you to become experts in helping people. **About the role**:
The role involves delivering excellent customer service, taking payment and Direct Debit calls from our customers respectfully and in a timely manner. You’ll deliver first class customer service each and every time, and ideally you have a background of providing that to a high quality whether that’s inbound, outbound or face to face.

The role covers a working window of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am to 1pm (to include bank holidays). You'll work varied shift patterns within those times for 37.5 hours a week.

The assessment centre will involve an interview and a quick online test of your customer service skills so it's nothing to be nervous about We'll do our best to make you feel comfortable and you'll learn plenty more about us in the process.
