**Deputy Head of Service Management - this role is working for the NHS (hybrid after the first 8-12 weeks) - this role is with the South London and Maudsley NHS Trust**
This role is working in the South London and Maudsley Hospital Trust. For the first 8-12 weeks you will be required to be on site (SE5 8AZ), after which it will be 2 days/week working from home, 3 days/week on site.
This is a 3 months rolling contract, with a view to going Permanent if that is what you would like
Pay is £26.06/hr + holiday pay (the baked in amount comes to £29.33/hr). The role is PAYE (you don't pay Employers NI)
The role is making sure suppliers are keeping to the SLA's
It is dealing with escalation where there have been breaches in service levels.
The role (working with the Head of Service Management) has responsibility for 4 teams:
the admin team, the switchboard team, the Asset team, and the Digital Partners team (any queries related to the Digital team)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: £26.06-£29.73 per hour
