The Integrated Older Peoples Services provides services in outpatient and inpatient care within Parkinsons, Stroke, Falls and General care. The aim of this role is to provide team administrative support to a group of health professionals and day to day line management to other admin support staff, ensuring seamless delivery, best practice and adherence to Trust policies and procedures.

We are seeking a dynamic, well-organised, and pro-active administrator. You will need working knowledge of all key IT systems and some experience of staff management.

You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a good eye for detail, and be a true team player. The ability to organise and prioritise work under pressure so as to meet strict deadlines is an essential feature of this job and ensure early escalation of any potential problems.
