We are looking for a Colposcopy Co-ordinator to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Colposcopy Service.

The post-holder will receive, access, co-ordinate and book outpatient appointments for patients using knowledge of clinical specialties to ensure patients are booked into the correct appointment slot in accordance with NHS targets.

Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience of hospital IT systems, including PAS, Maxims, View point, National Cancer Register and other systems is desirable.

The post holder will need to check patient details against a range of data sets to ensure a high level of data quality, attention to detail is crucial.

An ability to organise and prioritise own workload to meet all relevant deadlines is necessary.
