MDT Meeting Co-ordination Practical organisation of multi-disciplinary team meeting through the following: Co-ordination of the clinical multi-disciplinary team meeting Collation and subsequent return of patient case notes where applicable Record MDT information as required Communication Be a role model demonstrating good communication and ensuring robust and open communication with staff and patients The post holder will be required to give non-clinical advice to patients contacting specialty service areas System Utilisation Develop robust knowledge and understanding of both Trust and National Access Targets in particular the RTT pathways Develop and maintain expert knowledge and use of Trust IT Systems e.g. PAS, Radar, Maxims, CCAT, MS Database and specialist systems in use in clinical areas Assist the care group with the implementation of new IT systems as required
