**Experienced Office Administrator / Customer Services**

An exciting new opportunity has been created for an Office Administrator and Customer Services person to join a long-standing organisation with an excellent reputation.

We are one of the UK’s leading suppliers of promotional calendars. The business is family run and is dedicated to producing calendars of the highest quality in a range of formats suitable for any business to use as a promotional tool.

You will be:

- Responsible for overseeing office tasks and customer needs in Manager’s absence
- Entering data and sales orders via computer MIS system and liaising with customers regarding order information and artwork.
- Liaising with production (at remote factory) for order progressing.
- Proof reading customers adverts / calendar templates.
- Filing, sorting post, packing up samples, brochures etc. (will require some lifting).
- Other general admin / sales duties as required.

The applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Training will be given on the dedicated MIS system. You will be a key holder and will need to unlock / lock up the premises on some occasions.

Hours: 8 hours per week, split over 2 days JAN-AUG (plus holiday cover)

3 days per week SEPT increasing to 5 days per week OCT-NOV

3 days per week DEC

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
