In order to support our customers and deliver a great service you will;
- Get to know our products in order to take orders verbally and on occasion in personUse our in-house system to process customer orders,
- Liaise with suppliers
- maintain customer database information
- assist with any other office task that may arise
- Customer service experience (in a similar field would be desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Basic Microsoft knowledge
- An ability to work as part of a team
- Great telephone manner
- An ability to work under pressure
WORKING HOURS MONDAY- FRIDAY 8AM - 5PM
