Office Administrator

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team in an established local family-run business. We are looking for a motivated individual with a hands-on approach to work from our showroom in Saltash.
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a positive can-do attitude.
You will be working alongside the owners of the company.
Be a motivated team player with a hands-on approach to all aspects of the job role.
Be able to assist in problem solving and have an eye for attention to detail.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of a CRM system would be a benefit.
**General duties include**:
Experience in dealing with the general public
Co-ordinating installations and diary management.
Daily communication with installers, building team and 3rd parties to bring projects to a satisfactory conclusion.
Ensuring goods are ordered and delivered ready for installation.
Taking in product deliveries and organising goods into our loading area.
General administration, maintaining data and regular communication with customers.
**Salary**: £22,308.00-£23,400.00 per year
