Waterways Drainage offers a full range of drainage services along with carrying out civil works.

**About the Position**:
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team this is a permanent full time position who has previous experience in the drainage or civils sector.

**Salary**:
£23,500 - £27,000 pro rata

**Duties**:
Perform general office duties, including filing, answering phone calls, DBS and driving licence checks and assisting with data entry and record keeping. Creating invoices, permits and working closely with clients to ensure all planning of jobs is correctly and efficiently processed.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organisational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Work with attention to detail and accuracy
- Have a collaborative approach
- Ability to prioritise tasks in accordance with the needs of the business
- Able to work on their own initiative and efficiently manage their time
- MS office skills are essential

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge or previous experience working in drainage or civils sector
