Job description
We are currently looking for a part time Office Administrator to join our small and extremely fast paced office. You’ll be responsible for a range of administration tasks.
**Working Hours**
Monday-Friday 10:00-14.00
Immediate start available.
**Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to**
- Ensuring correct documents are sent to customers in good time
- Organising documents for scanning and filing
- Input supplier invoices
- Data entry
- Tracking Orders
- Uploading documents to the system
- Good work ethic
- Great communication skills
- Problem solver
- Positive attitude
- Remain calm under pressure and multitask
**Experience Required**
- Competent use of Word and Excel
**Work Remotely**
- No
