Key Responsibilities

  • To support the Operations Manager/Finance/Office Manager/SHEQ/HR/Transport Manager and provide confidential, professional administrative support for all companies within the Marlin Group.
  • To ensure you are familiar with Company Systems used.
  • To ensure Marlin Quality & Procedures are adhered to for all companies within the Marlin Group.
  • Meet and greet visitors/customers and ensure office space and service areas are maintained to a high standard.
  • To provide administration support for the Marlin Group of companies as required on a daily basis.
  • Process Customer Orders and Quotes when required.
  • Liaise with the relevant waste removal companies, complete waste transfer documentation, update spreadsheets
  • Control status of completed jobs, check, process, update database
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers and medical surgeries (immunisations & medicals)
  • Process purchase orders, order of supplies, e.g. stationery, chemicals, new/replacement parts do weekly check
  • Maintain, control and resolve issues of the clocking system/Timesheets.
  • Maintain and control training processes including booking training, preparing room, preparing refreshments, process certificates, liaise with IOSH and Nuco, update of training Matrix.
  • Updating Social Media Sites
  • Booking of hotels, taxis and travel as required ensure costs are put against jobs.
  • Provide holiday cover as required
  • Provide full administrative duties including: filing, postal services, stock checks, minute taking, book accommodation & travel as required, process of petty cash and credit card payments.

Skills and Experience

  • An understanding of individual and others responsibility in compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Proven experience of the provision of highquality administration processes
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • A knowledge of Health and Safety practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management

Pay:
Up to £24,000.00 per year
