The Role: Finance Administrator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including preparing reports for management accountants and completing ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Process purchase and sales ledger transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of banking information and ensure timely reconciliation.

Skills and Experience:

  • Solid understanding of purchase ledger functions and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Previous experience in a finance administration role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
